To be an ever growing healthy entity through faithful use of integrity and unsurpassed quality service propelled by empowered partners. Working in an environment of trust, respect, participation, teamwork, reliability and innovation.
Our founder Truly David Nolen went to work for his father Truly Wheatfield Nolen’s pest control company Economy Exterminators in 1938 in Miami. Truly David Nolen eventually moved to Tucson, Arizona where he opened his own company called Truly Nolen in 1955. After he purchased his father’s company in 1966, the lineage for his own company now stretched back to 1938 and allowed him to begin growing one of the nation’s largest family-owned businesses across the country.
Scarlett Nolen, Truly’s daughter, was promoted to president in March 2019. Nolen, a third-generation pest control professional, has worked for the company for over a decade in multiple roles.
Today, Truly Nolen services more than 150,000 customers, and employs about 1,100 partners with almost 50 percent pest professionals.

Acquisitions? Yes!
Although we have been a predominately organic growth-oriented company acquisitions are part of our strategic plan for the future. We feel acquisitions can be an opportunity to gain insight into a new market and/or acquire talent; similarly, acquisitions can be an opportunity to drive efficiency in our existing markets. We believe it is important that we partner (either as a national service partner, franchisee, or purchase) with organizations that hold values and business objectives. We will review any opportunities to see if it’s a good fit for us and them.
